I drove one hour and 38 minutes to get to your dealership by the appointment time 7:40. I had to leave home (in Ceres in Bland County) before 6 o'clock! But VW dealers are so few and far between!! They do provide LowJack service complimentary for two years. We do love our Armada. During the purchase process we decided on the service agreement which came with several perks. NOT happy with info on phone stating no appointment necessary then get to dealership and they said must have appointment . Dealership said they have tried to get recording changed but have been unable. We live about 30 minutes away and it was a real inconvenience to have to go back another day!!!

I can't say enough positive things about Troy at used car service. His customer service is spot on. First, I applaud his communication. He gives an upfront estimate. If time frame of repair could change, or does change he notifies the customer. Honesty is also a big part of his service approach. I have several examples of this, but one recently is when a check engine light MIGHT have been triggered by a recent repair and loosening of a sensor. Troy did not feel right charging for that occasion and I greatly appreciated that honestly. It's always good ...
