Went there to see a Rogue my Hubby found online that he knew checked all my boxes. It was running and the AC was cooling her down when we arrived for my test drive

Costly repairs were performed on my vehicle without my permission. No resolution was offered until I insisted on only paying for the diagnostic I requested. The problem clearly should have fallen under the 10 year “warranty”, but it seems there is often a convenient loop hole to warranty repairs. Makes me question ever buying another Hyundai!

I was able to get everything needed for my car done in under two hours!

Service is great once it happens. Very hard to reach the dealership by phone, I usually have to go in person to get any updates on my car. Recently had my car towed there on a Thursday and it wasn’t even looked at until Monday - all that was wrong was a dead battery, which should’ve taken one day at most to diagnose and repair. Dropped off for 16K recommended service, it was there all day. They did not run it through the car wash, as it wasn't working first thing that day but was at some point. They did not replace the oil change sticker in the window, left the old one on it, which leads me to wonder if they even changed the oil. First: walk in routine maintenance. Take a day off bc walk in usually means wait like all the other walkins. THEN told no longer walkin and appt only. A notice to loyal customers of these changes would be nice. Wasted 2 days of PTO because of not being told of changes. It was stupid going walkin in the first place!! Disappointed

The staff at Southern Team is very knowledgeable and helpful! The dealership offers some pretty cool perks when you purchase a vehicle (free lifetime oil changes and car washes). Their facilities are modern and extremely nice. The waiting room is quite comfortable...I especially enjoy the coffee bar.

Everything went smooth. Maria was very kind and helpful. She scheduled the oil change as well.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. The finance team worked ro get me where I needed to be to make a deal.

When I took my car to the wrong station, staff was most helpful to direct me to rhe correct place. After I got there, Ryan checked me in and directed me where I could sit to wait for my car to be maintenances. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant to take care of me. When my car was finished, Ryan was proactive by scheduling my inspection and next oil change. The entire process was great and Ryan was spot on! Price for the repair was at least double what a local garage would charge. The starter billed at $576 but the MSRP is $390. They also insisted on running their diagnostics on the car (measured brake pads?). Starter does not turn, solenoid clicks, battery stays at over 12 volts while trying to start. What mechanic need s a diagnostic for this.

No problems with having Nissan serviced. Usually in and out in a timely manner. Wait time okay too.
