Service personnel were courteous. However, I had an appointment and thought my wait time for just an inspection was rather long.

Prompt speedy service. Dealer described the service area and options for waiting while service is performed and explained overnight drop off.

The shop was busy, but they managed to handle the oil change. They did not rotate the tires! After 5,000 miles they should have done it and said it didn’t need it. The back tires wear faster than the front tires and they should know that, but again they didn’t do it. I’m disappointed with that!

Southern team is a typical dealership that will try to overcharge for every car service. After going for several services in attempt to get my car’s leak fixed, my car has finally been repaired at no cost to me. While I appreciate the costs that Nissan covered, I did not appreciate the time it took to find the root of the problem and the ongoing leak that I continually took my car in for and the services I paid for that did not solve the problem. I like the efficiency of Southern Team Subaru. On those occasions where we're waiting while the car is serviced, they get the job done promptly. We sure like the free oil changes too. While they will offer optional additional services, they are always gracious should we decline those.

I have been very pleased with my service experiences at this dealership. While I know they are doing their job, the people I've interacted with really give the perception that they actually care about their customers. Not all dealerships have this kind of people. Taking your vehicle in for service is not something people really enjoy doing but the Southern Team staff make this experience as good as anyone could hope for.

Pretty good service, been coming here for six years now and never had a problem.

Overall they did great work. There is a serious issue with communication. We had to leave the car overnight and our appointment on Monday was 8:20 am. We called in the afternoon to get a status update and all we got was messages that we would get a call back. Something as simple as “when can I get my car” was left unanswered. We tried at least 3 times and always wound up on an answering machines. It was infuriating. We don’t mind waiting, but the worst thing you can do is ignore your customers’ calls.

I bought a 2019 Subaru Forester from Southern Team. I worked with Tony Hall, and cant say enough about the high quality of service I recieved from him and the rest of the folks there.
